This is the another technique from the book “The book of secrets”, where you are to be aware of the spine.
A straight spine is needed and imagine a lotus thread, delicate or a silver thread running across the spine. See the middle point. Be aware of the middle point.
Whatever you do, be aware of it.
I would like to blend it with the other techniques:
In 3 step awareness, OSHO has given 3 step process:
1. To be watchful of your body from inside,
2. Watch your thoughts(as if you were writing whatever the mind would say)
3. Be aware of feelings.
This technique is good for centering the body. Be aware of your spine and concentration is established. Then you move onto awareness of the mind, where thoughts are watched. Finally for emotions…. well there is another technique which is useful for watching mood which will be dealt with after 3 days.
Use the previous breathing-gap meditation to be aware of your mind, of course it may be different for you, you may be aware of your body while watching breath-gap
